CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME: Before I started going to Belinda for treatments I'd had chronic fatigue syndrome for 4yrs. I couldn't work & had no social life because I felt so tired all the time. I suffered from aching muscles, migraines, dizziness, poor memory, confusion and irritable bowel syndrome. IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME: For 2 years I was either constipated or had diarrhoea. The doctors tried to help, even sent me to the hospital for tests. They put me on medication but I didn't get any better. At the first session of Kinesiology with Belinda in which she did a food intolerance test which gave me detailed info re: which foods were right for me and how often I could have them & which ones to avoid - I followed that for 1month & got 50% better. She told me to come back again & this time she worked on me physically. She explained as she was she was working on accupressure points (no needles involved!) on my abdomen to unblock stuck energy & lymphatic points to clear toxins. After that I was 100% better. ECZEMA: I would get eczema flare ups on various parts of my body if I was stressed & it was constantly on my hands stress or no stress.
