What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology (pronounced Kin-easy-ology) was developed in the 1960's by American chiropractor Dr. George Goodheart. It uses a clinically validated technique called 'muscle testing'. The muscles are used not for their strength, but because of their link to acupressure meridians (energy pathways).
Muscle Testing
When a muscle is tested it will either remain in contraction or the contraction will lessen. How the muscle/meridian responds gives the kinesiologist feedback & this is used to determine what the root cause of the ill health is & the best way to address it. 'Muscle Testing' is gentle & effective.
